Where are you based? Do you travel?

I am based in southern CA and am available to travel anywhere! I have a up-to-date passport with a horrible picture of myself inside to prove it.

How can I book you for my wedding?

Well, (after checking to see if I have your date available), I’d love to meet you in person (if you’re close enough) and get to know a little more about you, your wedding, and  the little unique things about you and your fiance that will help me capture your special day in just the right way.

Also, I’d like to meet you just to see if we’re the right match! I specialize (and delight) in shooting weddings with a lot of natural light and journalistic, but if you want something more studio-like, we might not be the right match. I would rather you not book me and have a photographer that you really love instead and will give you images that you will love for a lifetime.

After that, a signed contract, deposit (rest of the amount due latest by the day of the wedding) and it’s a done deal!

When can I see my photos?

Depending on the season:

For weddings: ~8-12 weeks.
For portraits/engagements/etc.: ~2-4 weeks.

I edit every single image I hand to you; I’m not down with just editing the ones that go on my blog. That kind of obsessive behavior requires more time, but is totally worth it!

Do I get a DVD? Can I order prints?

Yes and yes! You get a DVD of high-res, retouched images.
